Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using Kizuna TripFlow ("TripFlow", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. TripFlow is operated by Kizuna Mobility, Kawasaki, Japan.
2. The service
TripFlow generates AI-powered Japan travel itineraries based on your inputs (destinations, dates, interests, traveler profiles, and budget).
Free preview: you receive a 2-day itinerary preview with a watermarked PDF at no cost, no account required.
Trip Unlock ($2.75, one-time): unlocks the complete itinerary for a single trip, including a clean watermark-free PDF. This is a one-time purchase โ not a subscription โ and applies only to that trip. Prices include 10% Japanese consumption tax.
Insider Pass ($5.49 for one month / $31.90 for one year): a one-time purchase that provides unlimited itineraries and related features for the period purchased (1 month or 1 year). It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew โ when the period ends, access simply ends and you may purchase another period at any time. Prices include 10% Japanese consumption tax.
3. AI-generated content disclaimer
Itineraries are generated by artificial intelligence and are travel suggestions, not guarantees. Attraction hours, prices, transport schedules, and availability change frequently. Always verify critical details โ opening hours, ticket availability, train times โ with official sources before relying on them. TripFlow is not responsible for missed reservations, closed attractions, or itinerary outcomes.
4. Payments and billing
All payments are processed by Stripe. TripFlow does not store your card details. All prices include Japanese consumption tax (10%), shown as a total (็ท้ก่กจ็คบ). A receipt is emailed after every purchase. Nothing auto-renews: the Insider Pass is a one-time payment for a fixed access period (1 month or 1 year), and no further charge is ever made without a new purchase from you.
Trip Unlock: because the full itinerary is delivered instantly, one-time unlocks are generally non-refundable. If your itinerary failed to generate or unlock correctly, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@kizuna-mobility.com and we will fix the issue or refund you.
Insider Pass: there is no subscription and no auto-renewal. One payment buys one access period (1 month or 1 year), which starts immediately and ends automatically when that period elapses. To continue after it ends, simply purchase another period. Because access is granted instantly, Insider Pass purchases are generally non-refundable; if access failed to activate, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you. TripFlow reserves the right to end access early if a payment is reversed or found to be fraudulent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, bulk-generate, or resell itineraries commercially; (b) share or redistribute unlock purchases with others; (c) attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls; (d) interfere with the service's operation or probe its security. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended without refund.
6. Third-party bookings and affiliates
TripFlow displays booking links from partners such as Klook, GetYourGuide, and Booking.com. We may earn a commission when you book through these links, at no additional cost to you. All bookings, tours, and tickets are contracts between you and the provider โ issues with bookings must be resolved with that provider, not TripFlow.
7. Intellectual property
The TripFlow platform, design, and generated itineraries are the property of Kizuna Mobility. Free-preview PDFs include a watermark and may be shared for personal use. Unlocked PDFs are for your personal travel use โ you may not sell or redistribute them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kizuna Mobility is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including travel costs, missed bookings, or losses incurred while following a generated itinerary. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Service availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time. Planned feature changes affecting paid tiers will be announced in advance when reasonably possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting paid features will be announced on the site.
